I just had a few other websites that may be of interst to others
this one is essex based WIPE AWAY THOSE TEARS has no cures to offer and all too often some of our wishes will end in sadness, but during desperate times when there seems to be no hope, we aim to WIPE AWAY THOSE TEARS and to bring a sparkle into needy children's lives no matter how big or small. A wish granted brings a time of magic and joy and the courage that these very special children show should inspire us all. Our aim is to help special deserving children in our local area. http://www.wipeawaythosetears.org/ this one is Helping families in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales The Family Fund helps families with severely disabled children to have choices and the opportunity to enjoy ordinary life. We give grants for things that make life easier and more enjoyable for the disabled child and their family, such as washing machines, driving lessons, hospital visiting costs, computers and holidays. The Fund is a registered charity, helping around 50,000 families in the UK with £30.5 million in grants a year. http://www.familyfund.org.uk/ I don't know if these ones are mentioned anywhere so i just thought i would add them incase they are of any interest to anyone thanks ddsaps (This post was last modified: 10-16-2009 03:58 PM by Daniel.) |
