Be strong and try not to spend all day worrying as no matter what you do tommorow, the outcome will be the same at the end of it.
Tommorow may give you some bad news but the way to look at it is your expecting it because its causing him issues now and as soon as they get a diagnosis you can access all the help he deserves.
But thats just my advice from somebody who now has a diagnosis and would i follow my own advice if i were in your shoes tommorow,No i wouldnt but you will get through it i assure you and we will all be here for you tommorow evening.
Good luck hun, hopefully we wont be far behind you getting a diagnosis but it doesnt look possible just now as we havnt even entered the tunnel let alone find the light at the end!
Hope you get the answers your looking for, so you can get the help you and Charlie deserve!
