If you give this to the SENCO adviser tommorow morning THEY legally have to address this within 6 weeks.
I wont lie know once they agree to a statement it is a long road as the local council will want to penny pinch where possible as Parent Partnership although they are meant to give advice i believe they sometimes are told to tell you to agree to somethings.
As logically i cannot understand the concept ONE GOVERMENT DEPARTMENT trying to cut corners and save money and one other goverment department advising you on how to stop them?

Maybe thats me being cynical Big Grin

no Daniel had a phone call from pp they sending me out a form out and told us to let her contact school as thinks this is unusual what they have said.
