hi all i am new to this but if there is anybody out there that can help me cope with a boy age 14 who has nf1 or no of help i can get with him

Hi hun

My 15 yr old lad's got NF1, he wasn't diagnosed till he was 10. Its the associated problems like the temper, the ASD type stuff, etc that is hardest for us. What is it that you need help with right now?

the doctors are saying his brain is to big for his scull and might need a op and he muscles are wearing thin he has a lot of pain all the time just wanted to no if anyone else with nf1 is going through the same some days dont no which way to turn esp when he goes on one hun
