At least knowing this saves time fighting something and even possibly looking at paying for legal advice.
If you do need any help with the application just let us know.
More often than not its to do with the wording of the application and lack of detailed information which goes against people on dla applications.
I do feel many schools are very unfair on dla applications as they go by a very diffrent picture which is very usually wrong although there are good schools who will support parents with the process.
You will be asked when you apply if you have any documentation you wish to provide and i suggest with this you send the most detailed and more to the point letters as sometimes the danger of sending too much is that the person reading it will scan read it and then scan read what they want to see Sad
