hi, i deal with MUPPETS on a daily basis everything we do has to be re-done, re-orderer or fixed we are more surprised or suspicious if something goes without a hitch. in the last 2 weeks we have had anti tippers put on the wheelchair upside down, transport turning up at the front door when Alex is in respite, uniform order received that late that the school have changed the colours and Alex new walker came with the wrong seat we now have to wait for a new one from america! bring it on!
I never thought it would happen to me.
