Yes!! Never though of that! I used it yesterday, I'd say if they're in a fully upright position it doesn't completely stop them from going forward as euans whole body tends to lead not just the head but in the major I think they'd work as there is a slight tilt back! Smile xx

We use one of these for long journeys too, great idea!!
