hi i just bought one from a mobility shop in a local shopping centre , they didnt ask me any details about my son or anything so im guessing anyone can actually buy one . think it cost me about £3.50.

i have a radar key for myself as im disabled, i bought mine for £2.00 a few years ago from the tourist information place they asked me to write down my name but didnt ask what my disability was.
you should be able to get one from your local tourist information centre
