think its cos we arent on any benefits so it cant do the calculations, its def me though not the link...

We are based on the calculations down by nearly £80 a week from Child Tax Credits!
This is who we contacted again at the weekend, as they apparently had no record of my telling them we were now getting dla for our youngest child! Should they back date this?

Also getting run around for the forms to apply for Disabled Facilities Grant by my local council! Dodgy
