I'm livid, nothing new there. And wondered how this government was affecting everyone?
So far Nates nurses are no longer available at a weekend
His banardos special baby and toddler group is for the chop unless they can find funding.

there was plans to close half of childrens centres and cut respite and aiming high but there was a big hoohaa and they are safe for now though between the 16 centres there will be 25 staff cuts unless they make savings elsewhere though actually asking parents to make a nominal donation would be a start as one of the places matt uses will only be costing me £4 a time when he loses the aiming high group as he will be too old. its worth paying a few quid a week to get 2 hours where we can go for a meal and matt has time where he has loads of fun

Hello,
Just wondered what the situation was around the country and how different authorities/ councils were managing their smaller budgets.

we've actually had no issues either, although we never had weekend community nursing cover, nor do we really have any special needs playgroup type things so ours was probably just rubbish in the first place.
