The forms can be very repetitive and slightly confusing. Just remember it's about how your child differs from any other child his age. With Matt he is a lively 3 yr old yet he stopsw breathing constantly and has to be rescucitated so there would be no option for us to leave him alone even for a minute in case anything happens. My daughter was able to be left alone to answer door, toilet, etc. So point out how your child differs. citizen's advice should also be able to help. Make a list of people your son deals with and send it in, DLA chase up any medical reports needed. xx
Heart Mum to Abigail 8 & Matthew 4. He stops breathing & needs to be resucitated. Has Bulbar Palsy & was born with a hole in his stomach, has mic-key tube fitted. Matt has heart/lung problems and is also tube-fed.
