that is totally disgusting gotta say. If your child is three if you haven't already i would seriously consider getting a formal statement at least that way it will puti n place a legal obligation to provide appropriate support.

I too think it's awful --your little girls needs should be met, while taking into account of safety of people working with her. Our little one has had a high /low chair which has been great, like some others its R82 make and the good thing is as she grows the seat can be changed for a bigger one which saves money as only it needs replaced not the full unit. Push to have her given proper equipment it's better for her to be positioned well to help her access, and enjoy playing. also good seating instead of a "normal" buggy can make a huge difference to little ones.
