just want to know really were i stand with help etc also would my ds be eligable for a blue badge as he has metatarsus adductus and find it difficult to walk far ? was really ebarrised about posting in here as me and Darling husband said we wont ask for help but i now need to consider all options thanks

what level of dla does he get hun? that usually helps, it would be worth applying especially if you can get doctor to support the application.

i dont know about health visitor, you dont need the asperger diagnosis to apply for dla though as long as he requires more help than another child the same age and the problems with his walking as well. sorry not much help as things a bit different when they older and i cant remember back to when matt was 3

thanks for the reply hun im sure doc will help as she was the one who said he thinks he has asperger so could go to see her where would i go about applying for these things also shall i wait for the letter from the first app with child specialist?
