Hi, Im new here. My son has just received DLA high care and low mobility (we are asking them to look at the mobility again). CAMS are finalising their review of him but we know its either aspergers or SAD. Last few years have been a nightmare for me and his brother who he beats up regularly when he flips out. Is there anywhere that will give holiday respite for a week for a child of 7 so that we can get just a bit of time to refresh out batteries now that its finally accepted he has a problem. He loves the great outdoors and adventure parks. Thanks for any help |

Have you been in touch with disabled children's social services? They should be able to help you with respite. Corinne
There comes a point in your life when you realize:Who matters,Who never did,Who won't anymore...And who always will.. So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future. |
