Hi we were rehoused in June this year after an OT report said our house could not be adapted to meet our needs. A social services OT came first of all and she was lovely. Within about 10 days we were sent a priority letter showing us as A+ which in Leeds is the top prirority. This was because there are more than 1 person in our house who had an urgent medical need. The letter also said which type of properties we could bid for. We were really lucky that a suitable property became available the same week and because we had top priority we got it. Our local councils own OT then had to make sure it could be adapted to meet our needs then we was offered it. Wishing you lots of luck, hope you get what you need soon.
