Announcement

Families who have children and young people with special needs very often deal with similar life styles. We have all had concerns ranging from education, acess to services, respite and other issues directly related to their childrens needs. Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

well melissa woke up early hours screaming shes had diarrhea all day, most of the day shes spent upstairs, look like she has stomach cramps also, shes done really well shes been on our bed and sorting herself out as ive been with bradley (i have been checking on her) had a accident on our bed, the main problem is now she isnt as bad as she was, but shes downstairs and keeps having accidents on the floor (i know its not her fault) but ive put a huggies little swimmer pants on her, i feel bad doing it as i dont want it to confuse her but were running out of pants, and being a little selfish i dont want it all over my rug, ive put bradley to bed early than i was going to (he had a late nap) but i told him to stay on the sofa while i cleaned up the mess and he wouldnt (i know hes only 18months) gave him a few trys but he wouldnt stay were he was and i really dont want him getting ill also(or dirty after his bath), so trying to avoid it....argh! feel like a bad mum today everythings going wrong
