i recieved the pack this morning to apply for mobility for jacob as he'll be 3 in december. i didnt realise i would have to do they whole form again, i only did it in february and actually feel like crying at the thought of going through the care form again, especailly when (touch wood) the mobility should be pretty much guaranteed with him being completely unable to walk and a wheelchair user. on a positive note, im impressed that they just sent the form out without me having to request it...and so early too! anyways i just wanted to moan really lol carrie x |

Hiya Carrie.
My dd, Sophie is 3 in 2 weeks but I received the forms back in January. I too hadnt long fitted the DLA part out so was told I didnt have to do it again if nothing had changed. (I rang to check this) They dont me to just write NO CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS APPLICATION. We heard really quickly to say we had the higher rate so just waiting for the 21st (birthday) to go and start the ball rolling to getting our new car. Hope this helps, if in doubt give them a ring. Love Sara and Sophie xxxxxx |

are you sure you need to fill out the whole pack? I did mine in dec (my son went 3 in april ) and when I rang to ask about it they said I could just write "NO CHANGE " accross the top of the care form and just fill in the mobility form and send them away together. I did this and got the mobility with no problem. It might be worth the phone call just to check? good luck
