I really hope you do get some form of diagnosis so you can get help for little charlie and hopefully he will be able to thrive in the future. Its difficult when your trying to work it out for yourself, i read tones of stuff when euan was awaiting diagnosis but i totally never expected the one that i got and that was very hard. Even though you know your childs ill it still feels like one day you have a 'normal' child and the next the have a disability
and i have to say it did feel a bit like i was grieving for the child i didnt have afterwards but with support you do get through it. Especially after they get the help they need and start to improve .Its hard when they are very young aswell because you kind of wonder what the future holds and what you will both have to go through. Is there any sort of diagnosis that you are expecting ? have they ever given any indication ? Euan was a total mystery to the doctors until they did a urine sample that showed pretty much everything that went in was being wee'd straight back out !! I so hope you get some answers tomorrow, we will be thinking of you xx |
