well to cut this story short my ex says he wants to help me with the boys n wen i have appointments with charlie hel have jake 2 nights a week well if i want that help i have to pay him £120 per month yet he doesnt give me a penny for our boys, so i spoke to my solicitor about it n he told to tell him to go bleep off lol and i did but in a polite way n now he says he wont b havin him in the forseable future and it my fault he wont b seeing his dad

Not funny in the slightest but i just let our a massive chuckle and said what an idiot..
He wants paying to look after his own child for 2 nights a week?
What a clown!
If i were you i would go for full child maintainance from him and take him for whatever he may have.
Also say to him if he wants to see the Children now he will have to get a formal agreement drawn up by a solictor or through a mediation service.
It really angers me so many dads are gits when it comes to there Children!
If me and Lucy ever split up id want to live on the same road and we would be splitting the week 50/50 id make sure of it
Dont let him wind you up as you have enough worry about other things right now.
