Wow soft play, what a fab idea! Where are you going to put it if/when you get it? Also, I've looked at the form but was wondering who to use for the referal/referee thingys....was a bit unsure so didn't fill it out

I'm getting my OT and social worker to do mine. We received the form last week, but were unsure of which trike to get as we cannot see them until we buy, so were taking our time.

Mum to 3 gorgeous girls Bethany (12), Amyrose (8) and Chloe (4). Chloe has Septo-Optic Displaysia, Bilateral Schizencephaly, Microcephaly, Lissencephaly, Spina Bifida Occulta, Global Developmetal Delay and Epilepsy. But has a smile that can light up the grumpiest persons day! |
