Announcement

Families who have children and young people with special needs very often deal with similar life styles. We have all had concerns ranging from education, acess to services, respite and other issues directly related to their childrens needs. Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

Oh I'm soo jealous! I love the black country museum, it was my favourite trip at school, so much I used to beg my parents to take me back!! I want to go to the deep too as it Thomas loves aquariums, it really calms him down. We're hoping to camp up that way in the summer so we'll do it at some point.

There is not much going on in Essex, besides Thomas has been too poorly so it's the garden for us!

I LOVE going to the theatre, its a shame London is so far away as it means a one off (although I've done quite a few in the last couple of years, thanks to the megabus and travel lodges cheap deals!). Theres some good theatres in Sheffield, but there isn't always things on that I fancy seeing.
Will let you know what its like - without bragging, promise!

we have some good theatres here but never anything on i want to see and not that cheap for stoke really lol but if they ever did grease i would make sure i went as we have some good actors round here, London a bit far for me so will have to keep fingers crossed

There comes a point in your life when you realize:Who matters,Who never did,Who won't anymore...And who always will..
So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
