Announcement

Families who have children and young people with special needs very often deal with similar life styles. We have all had concerns ranging from education, acess to services, respite and other issues directly related to their childrens needs. Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

My first useful website where you can save some mega money is a website which was featured on GMTV by Martin Lewis.
Its basically a website which sells very highly discounted food stuffs.

Some of it has past its BEST BEFORE date but not the USE BY DATE.

Do remember use by BEST BEFORE dates are not required and are as useful as a chocolate teapot.

The website is:

http://www.approvedfood.co.uk

Another site which seems to offer more choice and brands is http://www.foodbargains.co.uk
Another website of the week for me is http://www.mandmdirect.com this website offers some amazing deals i myself ordered a pair of catapillar boots with a normal RRP of £90.00 but i picked them up for £50 and i could not find this price anywhere else.

They offer both ladies and gents and childrens designer labels at simply stunning prices so well worth checking this site out aswell and this has a personal thumbs up from me.

I look forward to your website suggestions and lets try and make this a real savings thread and see who can save the most moneyBig Grin

I think the mandmdirect.com one is winning so far thoughTongue

Looking for some freebies?Blush
Maybe you want to monitor how much electricity your house is uing or have a free energy saving adaptor then this offer is currently open:

Go to
https://www.britishgas.co.uk/productoffers

Enter the following code into the box EF7 and it will then take you to the next page and on that page select the freebies you wantTongue

And tell them what benefits you claimSmile

But it also works even if you click a boxAngel

On the box which says benefits reference number its just your national insurance number there.

It will take 28 days to arrive.

Well worth it for free and you dont need to be a British Gas customerShy

We had our cavity wall insulation done for free this summer (if you claim DLA) and I've noticed a massive difference so far we're much warmer.

This site is meant to show you deals although I mainly enter the competitions - never won anything though (fingers crossed) http://www.hotukdeals.com

This site is worth signing up to http://www.free-stuff.co.uk
I've had the odd teabag or bit of make up but its how I found out about the cavity wall insulation so its good for telling you anything you might be entitled to.
