  ive just had a knock they have sent someone to measure the windows and should have new windows in 10weeks wooohoo i did send them a email nagging them so finally going to be warm an hopefully jack alot better rang DLA gp still not sent report it will be 17wks friday ive given them pead name etc hopefully they can get one off her an salt instead useless gp ![[Image: buttonsandflowers111102.jpg]](http://www.parentsofdisabledchildren.co.uk/images/buttonsandflowers111102.jpg)

thats good news about your windows, shame it didnt happen before you froze over winter lol.
have u tried talking to the receptionist at the gp's? they tend to be the ones that can get the gp to do owt lol corinne dont forget it will be backdated so you will get a nice lump sum when its sorted

im just glad were finally getting windows although the large gas bill i have not good
he also pointed out a problem i thought they had sorted thank god he noticed they need to move the boiler as it next to window with pipe going out apparently the flue (dunno if that right) is too short so i still have some fumes comming in ( before that there was no seal at all so fumes came in all time ) ive spoke to gp receptionist and she said its being sorted tbh id rather it come from the pead an salt i dont hold much hope of being awarded but the money would be fab for jacks first holiday

how did the boiler pass the yearly inspection hun?? as you live in a council house they are required to test your gas every year (its a pain for us as they keep giving appointment for august but i wont let them come and let matt watch them take the gas fire apart lol) and give you a certificate to say everything is safe.
