school funding
cheapsensorytoys
i didnt really understand the letter, was hoping it would say you've got the funding or worse case you havent, but i have to fill out consent forms that melissa can be assessed, and some things about her and send that off, im not too sure whats going on now, all the evidence has been sent to the board and now they want her to be assessed by them, is that right, then what? i thought the cdc assesment would of been plenty, where does there assesment takeplace within the school? anyone else trying to get funding for school? all so confusing

Is that the consent form for the educational psychologist?

I am currently waiting for funding as my son starts school in September.
I can't off the top of my head remember filling in a consent form except to say I was happy for the ed. psych. to do her assessment.
The other forms I had to do were how I saw his abilities and one on how he saw his abilities. Had a lot of fun with that last one, 'what do you want to be when you are older' 'a pirate'. 0

if your talking about getting your child statemented, the local authority ask them to have a medical during there assessment to insure that there isn't other reasons causing your childs condition. My so was diagnosed with ADHD and during the statemnting process wewere asked to visit a specialist doctor that did a complete medical that took over an hour. She was a lovely woman, really understanding of our needs. i think it's a standard procedure, nothing to worry about.

I just filled it out as I thought he would say it if he could.

Don't worry too much about that form, I'm sure you wrote everything important on the parent form.
