cheap sensory toys

Announcement

Families who have children and young people with special needs very often deal with similar life styles. We have all had concerns ranging from education, acess to services, respite and other issues directly related to their childrens needs. Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

did i read that you work in a hospital? cant you nudge someone to get an earlier appointment? we had a great psychologist who was brilliant especially with autism but she went private wow going back a bit lol that was 13 yrs ago keep forgetting how old matt is getting he is 17 a week saturday!! i had a comic book when he was about 12 i wish they had told me how graphic the pictures were hehe i had a bit of a shock and thought matt wont do that!!!! i think every kid does it but nobody talks about it though i tend to so ppl dont get the shock i did Blush

this is a great site and there will be others who have Children with aggression think its a bit quiet tonight. its hard setting ground rules but if you have things that he will work for (matt it is a day out on buses ) or something you can take away if he doesnt, even going down the old route of a wall chart with stickers where he earns his treats as long as you dont lose out on a day out in the process

sorry i smiled when you said about the carpet and the reason because to him it was logical even if it was wrong hope work are ok about it or you can get a rug to hide it Big Grin i think its because i can remember matt doing things and its reminding me of how far he has come in last couple of years since he started trying to talk.

There comes a point in your life when you realize:Who matters,Who never did,Who won't anymore...And who always will..
So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
