Announcement

Families who have children and young people with special needs very often deal with similar life styles. We have all had concerns ranging from education, acess to services, respite and other issues directly related to their childrens needs. Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

yes lucy it stayed in shape, its still not "perfect" but loads better, i think with the nhs it depend who you get and where you live, you have to really fight for one, i did try but did get anywhere, i think he would of had better results if we started sooner but i also didnt have the funds, thanks for re-sizing the picture, think i might of scared some one with all the big heads lol!

We watched! My eldest son thought your little boy looked 'cool' in his helmet! I think Jack should've had a helmet and I'm a bit annoyed at myself for not insisting on it - He has a 'bump' on the left side on the back of his head - when I pointed it out to Drs, Health Visitor and Paed at less than a year old they all told me that it would disappear as he got a bit older. It hasn't, it's just covered in hair now but anyone who strokes his head asks if he'd had a fall.
you didn't look at all bad on camera either, though your cute little chap really did steal the show.Disappear
