I honestly cant say whos entitled and who not.
It all balls down to who, ur decesion maker is and what your child can/cant do! However, my son is nearly 6 and has Severe GDD, Severe behavioural problems, Learning difficulties, Flat feet, Hole in heart, Heart Murmor, Speach & Lang Probs, Oversized Tonsils & Glue ear.. He has no sence of danger and will just run out infront of moving vehicles/swings etc. Hes very distructive and throws everything in sight aswel as always biteing objects. He can walk, but will only walk so far before moaning. I applied for mobility a few months ago and got declined. I then appealed and got low rate mobility. The only thing i can say is, apply for it and wait for the outcome as every child and every claim is different.. But just to make you aware its alot harder to get mobility if ur child is under 5yrs of age! Good Luck |
