Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

Parents of disabled children launched in October 2009 and we are growing day by day and are fastly becoming a major support resource for all

Mobility would be assesed at the same time as the care.

Just to mention i checked your profile and saw your daughter is 3 (Or at least when you wrote the profile) that would rule our lower rate mobility as you cannot claim this until the child is 5.

Award letter arrived today and we have been given middle rate care, which Im happy with. Noah isnt 5 till August so no mobility rate.
I've called CTC and applied for carers online, is there anything else I need to do?

Do you need any equipment or anything similar that the goverment wont fund?
Family Fund?
