Hi just joined today, I was wondering if anyone can provide advice? I'm seperated and am now the full time carer for my daughter (she was getting the high rate DLA), from what I've been told this claim has been suspended for now. I'm trying to get the payments transferred over to me, (along with the child benefit, child tax credits, et al) what do I do? who do I call and how long will it take? Thanks I hope someone can help. |
