Parents of disabled children bring families together for friendship, to share information and to support one another.

The forum was created by parents who have children with special needs and is run by parents so we are all in this together. With us you will realise you are not alone

you just need to fill out the mobility form if nothing has changed on the care side of things, if you phone them they can send you a form, but they do have the right to reassess your original care application as well whilst looking into your mobility claim.

also, just to add, its only high rate they pay from 3 so he would need to qualify for high rate, low rate is paid from 5. (sorry...dont know full details but just incase you thought they might pay either...)

goodluck Smile get as much support for it as you can, id advise you to send of the reports with it if you can as that will speed up the whole process for you Smile
