ive a meeting with the housing person next week and wonder if anyone can give me advice of what i need to do my mother in law is giveing me a letter about us being avicted from here but in the letter how much notice should she give us?
im stressed becouse of it all and i dont know what to do i jsut want a place of our own where i can deal with my daughters helth in peace and not get so stressed out

The letter doesnt need to give any notice period unless you live in Scotland (implied right to occupy) All it needs to state is that the living arrangement cannot continue any longer and you are required to leave. Have a word with Shelter (google shelterline) and see what support they can offer
